Particularly in the case of NGOS or NPOs that do not make a financial profit, successful communication is the key to success in order to be heard and gain support. Often, sensitive social issues such as diseases, child poverty, refugee aid or women's rights are at stake in this area. Topics that require a keen sense of the right nuances - to attract attention, mobilize and awaken without being puffery.
