In communication, as in other disciplines, no one is born a master. We support people with a spokesperson role in their company with customised training or individual coaching, and ensure that you can present yourself optimally even in challenging situations.
Media and interview training – online too
Interviews and public appearances are often critical success factors for managers. But only a few "naturals" are able to convey the most important messages and lines of argumentation succinctly, convincingly and comprehensibly right off the bat. Targeted training courses enable participants to learn and practice how to deal with such situations. The techniques taught as well as tips and tricks for an optimal media appearance have not only proven themselves in front of TV cameras, but are also very helpful in everyday professional life.
For the special challenges of "interviews via Skype & Co." and interviews from the "home office", we offer a separate learning module as well as media training via video conferencing in compact units of two to three hours.
Our trainers include Stefan A. Sengl (Managing Partner of the agency) and long-time journalist and moderator Alexander Scheurer.
Contents of a standard media training

Social Media strategy workshop
Increase the number of applications or find new customers? Reach a large number of consumers or very specific opinion leaders? Facebook or LinkedIn? The right social media strategy is closely linked to a company's already defined communications strategy and the goals it sets out.
In this one-day workshop, we define – together with the people responsible for social media or communications in the company – the relevant goals, target groups and messages for your customised social media activities, as well as the appropriate channels, thus setting the course for your successful social media presence.
Further workshops – for example on the topic of content creation or employee training – complement our range of services.
Coaching on intercultural communication
Whether your target group is people with a migration background or you are planning cross-national communication activities, knowing and being able to use the codes, role models and media specific to each community is crucial for success.
The second and third generations from families of former "guest workers" can now vote, and are economically successful. New demographic groups with their own and diverse communication culture, media and decision makers have emerged and offer great potential. Our many years of experience and our network enable us to carry campaigns into these communities even at short notice.
Especially for communication tasks in and from the Arab world, Skills has a highly qualified team of Austrian-Arabic consultants: Egyptian-born Dr Mohamed-Ali Ibrahim and Skills partner Jürgen H. Gangoly, who also speaks Arabic, offer strategic PR consulting as well as intercultural communication and negotiation coaching for decision makers in business and politics.
