The "Reputation Gap" analysis helps to achieve customer expectations

Our answer to this question is the analysis and survey tool Reputation Gap, which Skills and market research expert Christina Matzka introduced to the Austrian market in 2014. It is based on a scientifically based system developed by the globally active agency network FleishmanHillard and is available in Austria exclusively at Skills.

The Employer Reputation Monitor (ERM) is a customized tool that compares the expectations of employees regarding the "ideal employer" with the actual degree of fulfillment at their current workplace.

FrameChecker – we find the right frame for your message
Every sender needs to find the right "frame" for their message. Skills and Triple M have developed the FrameChecker for this purpose - a sophisticated test procedure to identify the most effective framing strategy for the respective target group based on empirical data. Because: gut feeling is good - empiricism is better.
The tool can be used, for example, in the run-up to campaigns or for issue management as well as for a wide variety of topics and target groups - the research design can be individually adapted to the specific requirements.
