Susanne Sterniczky is Associate Partner

Skills-internal promotion: The experienced PR consultant Susanne Sterniczky becomes a member of the extended agency management and increasingly contributes her sustainability and CSR know-how.

Mag. Susanne Sterniczky, PR consultant with many years of experience in the Skills team, advances to Associate Partner and thus becomes a member of the extended agency management. The political science graduate has already been part of the Skills team since 2016 and has successfully worked for well-known clients from the institutional, political and non-profit sectors. Sterniczky has extensive experience in the areas of issue management, campaigns and NGOs and in 2020 completed training in business sustainability management at the University of Cambridge (UK). Sterniczky: “The coming years will be characterized by further fundamental changes in business and society and increased communication needs. Institutions and companies are already challenged strategically and organizationally by the digital transformation and the climate crisis. The importance of professional strategy and communications consulting will increase accordingly. I am therefore looking forward to the new challenges and tasks in the Skills team.” Jürgen H. Gangoly, Managing Partner of The Skills Group: “Susanne Sterniczky has successfully implemented numerous complex communications projects for our clients in recent years. As an Associate Partner, she will in future increasingly take on tasks in strategy consulting and in the development and expansion of agency services. One of her main areas of work will be the support and expansion of our consulting services in the areas of sustainability and corporate social responsibility for companies and institutions.” At Skills, Sterniczky currently supports American Express, Austrian Power Grid, Messe Wien and SONNE-International. Before joining the Vienna-based communications agency, the Burgenland native gained experience in publishing, worked for several years at a Munich-based PR agency focusing on international lifestyle brands, and at a Graz-based management consultancy.
