Media training now also online

Skills offers its proven media and interview training since 2020 also virtually. A special module is additionally dedicated to the optimal appearance via Zoom, Skype & Co..

The Skills Group agency has been offering interview and media training for executives for years. People who are regularly in the public eye are taught tips, tricks and relevant techniques for an optimal media appearance. The skills acquired in this way are not only helpful in front of a TV camera, but also very useful in everyday working life.

The pandemic has changed social life and at the same time brought new forms of interview. Experts expect that home office will also be used much more after the return to “normal” than before Covid-19, which is why Skills now offers its skills not only in the form of online training, but also takes into account the now common “interviews via Skype & Co.”

Trainer pool expanded

Stefan A. Sengl, Managing Partner at Skills, has seen a sharp rise in demand for media and interview training in recent months. The Skills Group has therefore expanded its pool of trainers: with Alexander Scheurer, a proven media professional is available, who among other things became known through the Ö3 alarm clock and the ORF program “Echt Fett”, has career stations at ATV, Radio Wien, 88.6, Capital FM in Bern and at PULS to show and currently works in the communications team of Wiener Wohnen.

As with classroom training, the online training program combines theory and practice. These are held via video conferencing in compact units of two to a maximum of three hours each.

Customers who use the virtual training also benefit from the practical manual “Successful in Interviews” – this can be sent either as a print copy by mail or as an e-edition.
