Funfacts
Language artist, show jumper and truck driver. Hardly any other resume has as many unexpected twists and turns as Sophie’s. But let’s start from the beginning: even as a child, when she drove her teachers up the wall with her thirst for knowledge, it was clear that Sophie would find her profession in language. However, she did have other plans in the meantime. The original dream job as a princess was rather unattainable, which is why a career as a show jumper was quickly pursued – with full vigor. It is said that Sophie spent more time in the stables in her youth than in her childhood bedroom.
In the end, however, her path led her to a job in which she can fully realise her talent for languages. With a degree in German studies, she now strengthens Skills | Team Farner with her skills. Riding is now more of a passion for her, but she is still fully committed to it. The Lower Austrian recently obtained a semi-truck driver’s licence to transport her four-legged friends across half of Europe.
