Internet Ombudsman’s Office

Internet Ombudsman is an extrajudicial dispute resolution body recognized by the EU Commission and is sponsored by the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Federal Chamber of Labour. The extrajudicial dispute resolution and advice provided by the Internet Ombudsman is free of charge for all parties involved. Complaints or general enquiries about e-commerce and related topics can be transmitted to the Internet Ombudsman Service at www.ombudsstelle.at. Watchlist Internet (www.watchlist-internet.at) is a project of the Internet Ombudsman’s Office. It is funded by the “netidee” funding campaign of the Internet Foundation Austria and also by the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Federal Chamber of Labour.
