B&C Industrieholding is a long-term core shareholder in Austrian industrial companies on behalf of its owner, the B&C Privatstiftung (Private Foundation). The goal is to promote sustainable growth of domestic companies and thus to secure know-how and corporate headquarters in Austria in the long term. B&C Industrieholding exercises its shareholder rights responsibly in the interest of the respective company, thereby providing the companies with long-term planning security and a stable ownership structure. B&C thus makes a significant contribution to the entrepreneurial success of its core holdings and promotes Austria as a business location.
The B&C Group currently holds core investments in Lenzing AG, Semperit AG and AMAG. B&C Industrieholding also holds minority interests in Vamed AG.
